Every Western Australian deserves access to the best healthcare, no matter where they live.
We provide free flights to Perth for vulnerable people living in country WA, supporting access to essential, non-emergency medical appointments and treatment—without the burden of distance or cost.
Fly2 Foundation was born from firsthand experience.
Our founder, Kennedy Lay — a physiotherapist and commercial pilot — has worked across more than 10 rural and remote communities throughout Western Australia, including remote Aboriginal communities. Through this work, he witnessed the reality of the “tyranny of distance” — where accessing essential healthcare often means long journeys, significant costs, and added stress for people already facing medical challenges.
For individuals and families living outside metropolitan areas, attending specialist appointments in Perth is rarely simple. It can mean time away from work, separation from support networks, and financial strain — all for care that should be accessible to everyone.
Fly2 Foundation was created to help ease that burden.
By providing free flights for non-emergency specialist appointments and treatment, we aim to ensure that distance is no longer a barrier to receiving the care people need.
Frankie’s story from Lake Grace is just one example of the difference this support can make — not only for patients, but for the families who stand beside them.

The safety and wellbeing of everyone who flies with us is our top priority. From individuals to families, we ensure each journey is secure, comfortable, and supported with care, so our passengers can focus on what matters most — their health.
