Our Board

The Fly2 Foundation Board brings together a complementary mix of expertise to guide our mission of improving access to specialist healthcare for regional and remote Australians. Our Directors combine clinical, allied health and surgical insight with aviation experience, senior commercial and not-for-profit leadership, and specialist capability in corporate law, governance, risk, audit and stakeholder engagement. Together, these skills underpin strong, disciplined governance — all anchored in a shared passion for Fly2 Foundation’s values.

CHAIR

Jock O’Callaghan

Jock O'Callaghan is Chair of Fly2 Foundation and brings more than 30 years of business and professional services experience, including as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised organisations in Australia and internationally on strategy and leadership. Jock has also contributed extensively to the Paralympic movement, serving as President of Paralympics Australia and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the International Paralympic Committee. He was involved in Brisbane’s successful bid for the 2032 Summer Olympics. Jock is passionate about helping ensure people living in regional and remote communities can access the specialist healthcare they need.

Kennedy Lay

Kennedy Lay is the Founder of Fly2 Foundation and a physiotherapist and commercial pilot committed to improving healthcare access for rural and remote Australians. Combining aviation with healthcare delivery, Kennedy founded Fly2Health Group to bring essential allied health services directly to regional communities. Today, the organisation supports thousands of families across more than 90 rural and remote locations, helping people access care closer to home. Kennedy is passionate about using aviation to reduce barriers to healthcare and improve equity for people living outside major cities.

Adrian Munro

Adrian Munro is a Director of Fly2 Foundation and an experienced health sector leader with a background in physiotherapy and health service management. He began his career in clinical roles across hospital and community aged care before moving into senior leadership. Adrian joined Richmind WA in 2012 as Executive Manager of Operations and became Chief Executive Officer in 2018. He is passionate about improving mental health outcomes and supporting people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives, with a strong commitment to inclusive care for diverse communities.

Donna Neill

An agile, commercially focused AICD graduate, Donna brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across mining, oil and gas, aviation, engineering and consulting — in Australia and internationally. With deep cross-cultural expertise across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, she has built and led businesses within complex multinational environments. Donna is a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards, with expertise in business transformation, stakeholder management, and change leadership. Her board work is underpinned by strong governance, progressive strategy, and commercially beneficial ESG initiatives. She is passionate about empowering regional and remote organisations to thrive — a purpose closely aligned with Fly2 Foundation's mission.

DIRECTOR

Brad Boyle

Brad Boyle is a Board Director of Fly2 Foundation and an experienced corporate leader, governance specialist and corporate lawyer. He brings extensive board and executive experience across government, private sector and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and internationally. Brad has advised organisations across a wide range of industries including aviation, health services, energy, mining, transport and agribusiness. His expertise spans governance, strategy, risk management and organisational transformation. He contributes strong leadership and governance capability to Fly2 Foundation.

Rebecca Roberts

Rebecca Roberts is a Board Director of Fly2 Foundation and an experienced lawyer specialising in insurance and litigation. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from Edith Cowan University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2011 and the High Court of Australia in 2013. Rebecca has extensive experience acting in complex insurance and professional indemnity matters, appearing across a range of courts and tribunals. She brings strong legal and governance expertise to Fly2 Foundation, supporting the organisation’s work to provide free air transport for people in regional and remote communities who need to travel to access specialist medical care.

Dr Dror Maor

Dr Dror Maor is a Perth-based orthopaedic surgeon and Board Director of Fly2 Foundation. He specialises in knee, foot and ankle surgery, treating paediatric, adult and athletic patients. Dr Maor graduated from the University of Western Australia and completed orthopaedic surgical training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association, followed by international fellowship training.

Sara Hector

Sara is an experienced marketing, communications, and fundraising professional with a career spanning health, agriculture, tourism, arts, and professional services. Through her own consultancy, she has delivered tailored marketing, philanthropic, and stakeholder engagement solutions to clients across Australia. Sara's expertise in grant writing, donor engagement, corporate partnerships, and NFP governance makes her ideally placed to lead Fly2 Foundation's executive and communications efforts. A graduate of Murdoch University and the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, she holds AICD Governance Foundation for Not-for-Profit accreditation and is a committed community volunteer, having served on multiple boards and mentored young people through Youth Focus.
